Creative Producer
As a Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the creative development of original and branded ideas, overseeing pre-production both remotely and in-person. You will produce mid-form and long form social-first videos for distribution primarily on YouTube. You can source and develop clear, engaging ideas and have the ability to bring those ideas to life through research and scripting to shooting and edit producing. The ideal candidate is organised, always chasing the next big story or idea with enthusiasm, has superb storytelling skills and can carry production from ideation to delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Working across our originals and branded slates to produce video content that resonates with our audience.
- Developing formats and bringing top line ideas to life with a clear focus on storytelling.
- Write clear and organised shooting briefs for filming as well as edit scripts to work with our video editors to shape the footage into engaging story led episodes.
- Shooting original content when needed either with phone or camera.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative concepts and pitch decks.
- Working well with project timelines and the publishing schedule.
- Oversee the production of content across all of our YT channels.
- Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the top trends and best practices.
What we are looking for :
- Experience in a social first Producer role.
- Proven experience producing videos for digital publishers.
- Experience in filming for social first campaigns.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling, engaging video content.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
