As a Junior Creative Producer at SB Media Group, you will play a pivotal role in the ideation, planning, and execution of our original and branded content. You will work closely with the creative producers to bring projects to life. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative individual to gain hands-on experience in the production process while contributing to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional content.
You will produce mid-form and long form social-first videos for distribution primarily on Youtube. You can source and develop clear, engaging ideas and have the ability to bring those ideas to life through research, forward planning and assisting with shooting scripts.
The ideal candidate is organised, always chasing the next big story, has superb research skills and an eye for viral content.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with creative producers to brainstorm, develop, and deliver creative concepts for projects.
Researching access based stories around the world and developing formats.
Assist in planning and organizing production schedules, timelines, and resources for productions.
Coordinate pre-production activities, including location scouting, talent casting, and securing necessary equipment.
Support the development of scripts, storyboards, and pitch decks, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging creative techniques.
What you’ll have:
- 3 + years experience in a junior creative role and excellent research skills particularly for access based projects.
- Passion for storytelling, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with production processes, from ideation to post-production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing project requirements.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the creative field.
